Returns, Exchanges, Changes to order

 

Can I Return my Items to you?

Upon Ordering, please choose carefully, as we do not accept any returns and refunds for change of mind. In the unlikely event that you have received a faulty or damaged item, please email starryskiescreative@gmail.com with your full name, proof of purchase, a detailed description and photos of your faulty item. We will then be in touch to discuss further and if deemed faulty by our team, we will provide a full refund (excluding postage), or a replacement product.

If giving a refund, we will credit you through our original payment method. Please allow up to 7 working days for this refund to be received into your account.

 If giving a replacement product, we will process this as soon as practically possible and will place this as a top priority within our orders to be made and sent. 

 

What if my refund has not been received into my account after 7 days?

Please follow the below steps if your refund has not been received within the 7 day working business days as per the policy above:

- Please double check your bank statement and account to ensure funds have not been received

- Contact your bank or credit card company, as sometimes processing times differ from bank to bank

- Please contact us at starryskiescreative@gmail.com and we will assist further.

 

Do you do Exchanges?

We only ever Exchange your item if your purchase is damaged or faulty. Please follow the above refund process if this is your case.

 

Can I return Sale Items?

We do not give any refunds on sale items. Please choose carefully when making a purchase.

 

What if I have received a faulty item?:

We take pride in ensuring that all products are inspected and deemed in the utmost best condition prior to shipping, however in some instances if you receive a faulty item, that is no fault of your own, we will be happy to fully refund you any costs on the product that is damaged. Further to this, we can also offer you an exchange or store credit.

All faulty items will need to be returned as per our return policy above, and once received and assessed by our team, we will contact you to discuss further as per our refund policy.

 

I need to cancel my order?:

As most of our items are personalised and made to order, there is a lot of time and resource that goes into sourcing products and making the actual item for you. In the event that you need to cancel your order, we will require a cancellation fee of $15.00 AUD.

 

Can I make Changes to my order?

You have 24 hours after your order is made to make any changes that is needed. Please send all changes through to starryskiescreative@gmail.com, or Message us through Facebook/ Instagram and we will action this for you.
